Looking for a possible server change. Not sure where to go. Info?

I'm a Lv. 50 MNK main with mostly 2.3 BiS gear (save for a couple pieces from T9/Ramuh EX/Shiva EX). All my other classes are either Lv. 50 or going to hit Lv. 50 soon on NA world Siren. Lately I've been entertaining the idea of a possible server change but I'm looking for the following if I were to change:

• Friendly community/people who like to chat and have fun.
• I used to raid, left for a medical issue and looking to resume it sometime. I'm somewhere in between "Easygoing" and "Hardcore" when it comes to raiding attitude.

My world seems very exclusionary. There's a clear "us v. them" mentality among top groups and the rest of the casual community.
I don't consider myself a hardcore raider, but like the challenge and cooperation it requires.

I'm looking for a server with a good mix of players from both ends of the spectrum, with people like me who are just in between. Any suggestions?
