I buy your game on your website so I can get a code for my account, however I purchase it, money is instantly withdrawn from the bank and I receive NO CODE nor do I get a confirmation email. Only on my purchase history says I bought your game.

You're quick to retrieve my money but not give me what I paid for.

You have to contact Digital River as they run the online store not SE. Digital River has a infamous reputation.

FWIW, I had the same thing happen and the product never came. I filed a dispute with PayPal (payment method) to get my money back. I still haven't gotten a reply from them, unless it got put in the spam folder... but I did check. So... yeah....

Instead, bought it off Amazon.com (same price/product) and the code was delivered in my email within a minute of completing the purchase. Just did this recently to add a second account for my kid...

+1. And Amazon has the digital download version (aka a code via e-mail) cheap most of the time. Right now, for about the same price as a one month subscription. Cheaper than the digital river store, and works great. Heck, if somehow you DON'T get an e-mail, you can always login to your Amazon account and go to "My Digital Orders" (Or something to that effect) and find the codes there.
