As i am doing book for weapon atma, i guess a good solution is to be able to seek as healer or tank and be able to achieve the DPS weapon to get the boss count still (puting a weaponcase in the armory to equip the weapon without having any effect ?) .
It would make people want to seek as tank/healer and get asap in a dungeon for their books.

It may be not the best solution but it will contribute higly for sure.
