This game certainly don't understand what incentives means.... A lot of players will try to play healers and tanks (even if they will not make it as their first jobs) if you give them a very good incentives. I do understand the danger of influx of inexperience tanks and healers trying to take advantage of "really good incentives" to support their other "dps jobs". Not sure which is worse, dealing with more "inexperienced players" which resulting in slower dungeons runs, or having to wait for more than 60 minutes...
