Grade 5 Materia when?

I've lost count of how many months I've had the Grade 5 Carbonized Matter sitting in my inventory and we still don't have the materia to go with it.

Capping a single stat on the new i110 DoW/DoM armor is ridiculous, needs 4 x IV and 1 x III... and that costs gillions.

I imagine having a tier 5 materia would set would at least lower the cost of the overmelds, maybe crit/acc/etc V would give 12, det V 8 or so. So when SE? WHEN??

It only takes that much to cap body/pants. Hands/feet/head almost cap with 2 IVs and a III (24/25 for cap). Belt (and future 110 accessories) are right below cap from 2 IVs (18/19)

I just think of the higher grade ones means i dont have to go out and farm the lower grades since why if you just use grade 5 you dont need any others.
