Suggestion: craft list

Had an idea that I think would make crafting multiple items together much easier

Say for example you want to craft a whole set of gear for a class, that's 13 items of materials, getting it all from a retainer is a pain. My idea is a list where you go through the crafting log, add to craft list and once your done, it tells you a total of materials you need (13 Hippo leather, 18 twin thread, 24 cashmere cloth, 20 wind clusters, 20 earth clusters) etc. and also put a quantity part for making cashmere cloth for example. Shouldn't be toooo hard to put this in

I use a thirs party application for this. It's built into my operating system so I can't get rid of it. IT's called notepad. I have also heard of people making spreadsheets for this. >_>

IDK, I suppose in in-game Bill of Materials system could be fairly useful instead of keeping track of it out of game.

Some questions though : would it save in your character data? or would the selection go away if say, you logged out or D/C'd? (Thinking similar to Duty Finder selections)
Would you be able to select recipes from different crafting classes, or just one? It seems to me that a good BOM (Bill of Materials) would spit out the raw materials for all of the recipes you have selected.
