Ninja Fuma Shuriken

Please make this a separate cooldown that isn't on ninjutsu. It becomes completely useless once you have raiton and does not fit into any rotation. I would love to use it in battle, but there are so many more potent ninjutsus like suiton, raiton, or doton to use instead of fuma shuriken.

PS: The healing effect of mug when using the Viper Poison could use some love too.
