With the edition of the Emperor's "blank" though that does this for accessories and such, it does seem possible in the future.

I'd like to see a hand wrap sort of like how the new i110 crafted Monk hands look. As much as I wanna punch with my fists I don't wanna scrape up my skin

This thread has been done to death before but sticking to the topic a more realistic approach to attacking with bare fists is to wrap it in bandages. But this is a fantasy game so I don't expect any realism. If lalas can jump 3 times their height why can't we punch with bare fists?

If they had the time to edit the battle stance, run and jump based on a job, closing 2 fists for already existing actions doesn't seem that daunting.

i wouldn't mind an invisible shield. most of the ones in this game i don't like anyway.

I would like to be able to fight with one sword as well, without having to be penalized for not having a shield. In the gladiator description, it mentions that some fight with sword in hand, and others accompany with a shield. Meaning, shield should be an option.(While it is optional to equip a shield, gladiators/paladins cannot be used to their full potential without a shield.) Granted, it'd be kinda silly since we have skills like shield lob/shield bash, which then logically require a shield.... so a transparent shield would kind of screw up the lore.

New skill: Pimp Hand. Use all shield actions without a shield. Clearly some animations will have to change, but you can Pimp Slap a fool up close. Or Projectile Pimp Slap from across the room!

I jest. More likely you could make an argument for fencing weapons and skills to eschew the shield.

If Gladiators get throwing knifes back, then Pugilist should also get throwing Chakrams back ^^
