Chronicles of a New Era soundtrack possible?

Sorry, I just titled it as the completion log lists it as.

Basically, I'm wondering if there's a possibility of music added to the game after the A Realm Reborn soundtrack might be possible? So many songs I'd like to get and support the people who make it.

I'd guess it'd be after 2.5, but I also think it may be on a soundtrack released after 3.0 (There better be a Heavensward soundtrack. :> I know FFXI released for each expansion.).

I guess I'm just wondering when an official soundtrack of the Seventh Astral Era might be a thing.

Who else would like to get this? Do you think it should be its own soundtrack, or should it be released with Heavensward?

There already is one; but it only goes up from 2.0 to 2.2 soundtrack I believe.

There's "Before Meteor", which was all the 1.x ; and "A Realm Reborn", which is 2.0 and 2.1. The OP knows about those already, I'm pretty sure.

Everything from 2.2 onwards hasn't appeared on an official soundtrack. We should hopefully get one after or around 2.5's release, which is good given how amazing some of the tracks have been.

Correct. I own both Before Meteor and A Realm Reborn soundtracks, and a piano version of some songs. I'm not aware of anything 2.1 and up, unless you want to count Good King Moggle Mog XII, but that was available on Before Meteor because it was in legacy.

My bad; you just didn't state from which patch of music you were talking about as the "Chronicles of a New Era" pretty much includes all 2.0+ content. And Seventh Astral Era includes patch 2.1+. Which some 2.1 stuff is on the A Realm Reborn CD

My brain wasn't coming up with the right era, so I ended up going with the name that's listed for the major quests 2.1 and up. I apologize for the confusion.

Of course, NOW I see Seventh Astral Era in the journal. XD

If a mod sees, could you pretty please change that to Seventh Astral Era? Thank you in advance!

Yeah. I'm expecting a new OST with all the music up to 3.0 either around 2.5 OR at/just after 3.0 launch. So much nice music that I want to listen to.
