I always keep my anima 80-100. When it gets in the low 90's I start walking more, and if it gets in the 80's I'm loading up on fluids and snacks before going anywhere.

Same here. I have not once gone below 80 anima despite playing for hours every day and doing the usual rounds of leves from different city states.

Lots of good advice for managing your anima in this thread already.

But I guess anima is like money:
- No self control: Splurge what you have and you will quickly find yourself without it.
- Budget and use it wisely, and you will be all right.
