Something needs to be done about High Roulette. For a fresh-to-50 player, High Roulette used to be the least repetitive and least aggravating method for obtaining tomestones - but now accessing High Roulette requires clearing dungeons like Tam Tara (Hard), which have an ilvl 70 requirement just to enter. It makes me a bit ill to think of all the time those fresh-50's are going to have to spend grinding Story Roulette and Labyrinth of the Ancients before they can even unlock High Roulette.
There are a bunch of potential solutions. Probably the simplest would have been to keep Stone Vigil (Hard), Tam Tara (Hard) and Hullbreaker Isle as part of Expert Roulette. This would keep the required ilvl for High Roulette at ilvl 55, which a fresh-to-50 player would very likely be able to manage without too much trouble. It would have the added bonus of not making people get sick of the same three freaking dungeons all the time when playing Expert Roulette, and reduce the odds of getting the same dungeon a dozen times in a row.
If that's out of the question, another solution, as was mentioned, would be a split; I'd say split WP, AK, HK(H), CB(H), and PS into a Moderate Roulette, and leave the rest in High. All five of those dungeons have an ilvl of 48 or less, so a fresh-to-50 can pretty much dive right in without any special gear acquisition at all. The fact that it's an extra roulette that can be done each day would be plenty incentive for other players to do it.
