How much of the housing on your server is bought up?

After doing some scouting around it looks like there's still probably >40% of it free on my server (Famfrit). No housing shortage here...

What's it looking like on other servers?

medium - still a few here and there
large - heaps left

prices are falling quite fast tho, wont be too long before medium and some large houses are sold

Total housing Available: 536/1440 (37.2%)
Small - 282/960 (29.4%)
Medium - 176/336 (52.4%)
Large - 78/144 (54.2%)


Conclusion, Mist is still clearly most popular. I would wait until everything goes to minimum price but it seems that now there is more than enough housing for everybody. Considering there was almost no change in the initial plots since the patch, if you take the amount of extra people that got houses since the addition of subdivisions (720 homes) a total of 199 new homes have been bought since the patch which is about 27.6% of new housing has been obtained. Leaving 72% of extra housing completely unclaimed. I wouldn't be surprised if in future Yoshi decides to take some housing away from smaller servers to allocate to Legacy or high population servers if that is even possible.

I haven't checked in a few days, but last I checked on Hyperion
Small - None left in Lavender Beds or Mist, a couple in goblet.
Medium - About half of them.
Large - Almost all of them (too pricy I take it)

This is only for subdivisions. The regular wards are 100% occupied.
