Unable to catch any 3 star fishes, unable to catch HQ baits to mooch 3 star fishes.

Ever since the new update (2.4) I found myself unable to catch the most common and easy 3 star fishes. Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (9,11) Octomammoth. Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks (11,12) Goldenfin and Middle La Noscea (15,16) Gigantshark. I’ve been trying to fish out any 3 star fishes and no luck. Before the update, I was able to catch these fishes very easily even without food. But now, I can’t even land a HQ bait to mooch these fishes and if I land a HQ bait, I will fish out NQ non 3 star fishes ONLY. I don’t know what happened. I have more than enough gathering and perception to catch these fishes but I can’t catch any anymore! I tried to fish out other types of 3 star fishes and also got no luck. I have been trying to catch these fishes since the new update and still no luck, this is irritating me. I have caught these fishes in the past with no issues, now I’ve been just sitting fishing all day and landing nothing for low level fishes non 3 stars. I’d like to have the SE Technical team to look into my account or fisher to see why I’m having such a hard time to catch these fishes now. I feel like this is a bug that is preventing me from catching any 3 star fishes. I have the i75 rod and my gears are melded and I did catch these fishes before the update.
