    False everytime i have reported to SE about harassment in a dungeon... they have contacted me personally if i was reachable.

    As for the topic they really need to change it to that person can not join a pt they were kicked from. Only reason they would reenter was to harass more.

    As an aside, it's weird that they won't contact you if you're on an alt but you'll get the message telling you that because the support desk is account-wide.
