Well they count as undergarments so you could technically just use those instead of the current ones forever, if you wanted to.

My guess fixing targeting and attacking actions in dungeon. Glitched multiple times on Batraals skeles saying we couldn't Battle Regiment or attack normally on certain ones. It would work on one of the others though =/

After seeing some recent dev post about changes being reflected in 1.19, I don't think we will be getting a 1.18b. It won't surprise me if SE sneaks it in though ^^
