    They said it will start august 11th, we should already have the data downloaded for it.

    Right. All the summer event stuff was in 1.18 (or at least most of it). They've never had to patch to activate an event or to take one down. I'm hoping for a little more than just the summer event. A few fixes here and there for little things that may be occurring.

    Probably bug fixes. Pretty fast turn around for that though.

    we can always hope. i have a feeling it's activating the summer event. if i'm not mistaken each event was started after a patch so they may be all done server side to activate it so would have to turn off the servers to execute. it's only speculation, but it just sounds right. granted, it may be a few bug fixes as well, but i feel the event is the majority.
