I want to knpw all the skill that meet the following criteria:
Why am I asking for this? Well I'm making some Context sensitive macros designed for popping cooldowns and I need a list so that I know what to add to the macro and how many to make (as I;m using icons and this is spread through multiple classes, I only have room for 13 CDs per macro)
- Has a cooldown (hence the name), and a timed effect (meaning that oaths, ROG poisons or Defiance do not count)
- Buffs self (by increasing stats, speed or chances for a certain effect like blocking damage)
- are listed as abilities, not spells
- And are not tied to attacks (Meaning that DoTs, Astral Fire/Umbral Ice, Storm's Eye/Dancing Edge, etc. are out)
- I'm discounting sprint because it's too generic and because it can screw over melee/Bards if If macroed
