Character Info 1:

What is the name of your primary character? How did you come up with that name?
My characters name is "Marik Destiel". Marik, is a name even before I knew what YuGiOh was, and I'll never forget when Battle City came on for the first time and I saw when they revealed Marik and his name being that and I was like "HEY! I use that name in a lot of games I play hahaha!" It's been so many years, I really don't remember where I first saw the name, but it stuck with me. Destiel is the OTP of Dean and Castiel from SPN. They're my OTP <3 and I love the name Destiel so much it had to be my surname.

What is the Race/Tribe of your primary character? Why did you pick that?
It is Hyur, it was the race I personally believed had the most choices when it came to making Marik who I truly wanted him to be!

What is the primary class/job of your primary character? Why did you pick that?
It used to be SMN, because SMN has been my favorite job in every Final Fantasy it has appeared in until now... just my personal opinion obviously, SMN just isn't SMN in this game, it's a DoT mage, and I don't like playing a DoT mage. So, thanks to the introduction to an actual DPS NIN (unlike XI) I've started maining NIN now, and I'm so happy I've found a job I really enjoy now!

Which Grand Company is your primary character a part of? Why did you pick that?
Well I had to go with the GC of the nation I started in which was Gridania! Twin Adders <3, I love them so much (mostly b/c they remind me of Windurst) and that place used to be my home <3

What is your primary character's weapon glamour of choice (if applicable)? Why did you pick that?
Hmm... well I actually don't glamor weapons except on my WAR atm (can't find any good daggers I like just yet) and I used the Allagan Axe, it's still one of my favorite axes in the game My entire WAR outfit it sorta geared around that axe.

What do you think your primary character's signature ability is? Why do you think that?
Well since I main NIN now, I guess that would be my Ninjutsu, which is a blast to use! Adds depth I personally like to the job.

Is your primary character a part of a Free Company? If so, what is it? Why did you join that Free Company?
Yes he is, our name is CrescentFresh <<FRESH>>. Well I actually followed some of my fellow Seraphians from XI to the server Hyperion when I came to XIV:ARR, and unfortunately they eventually split up, I had met the core FRESH members in Garuda StoryMode as I went through it and they really liked me so they invited me to their LS, they were in a different FC themselves at the time, and when they broke off from them and started their own FC, and I was FCless basically, they gave me home I'm so glad I finally found <3

Character Info 2 (RP):

Where did your primary character come from? How do they feel about where they came from?
Marik hails from another dimension actually, he was transported to Eorzea from Vana'diel by Atomos! There is an actual whole back story I wrote for Marik's transition from Vana'diel to Eorzea can be found below, posting the link there.

Does your primary character have any family? Who are they? What is their relationship with your primary character?
Since he's originally from Vana'diel, all his blood family are still back in that dimension, but he's made quite the new friends so close to him, they are his new family here in Eorzea! <3

What does your primary character look like? Why do they look like they do? What kinds of clothing does your character wear? Why did your primary character pick those clothes?
Well I actually based some of Marik's looks obviously from my XI character as well as some of my own irl features as well, I like to put a piece of me into characters I create when I play games with such extensive options. He isn't modest at all lol, he loves being light and breezie when ever battle calls! He doesn't like being weighed down by too much armor, plus he likes the attention sometimes it garners from the fellas!

What is your primary character's personality? What do they like? What do they dislike? What are they afraid of? What makes them happy? What makes them sad? What makes them angry?
Marik is very much happy and very sweet dis-positioned, he only gets angry or infuriated when you've hurt someone that he loves, sometimes he's very shy and timid around new people. He LOVES magic, and still dabbles in it as often as he can even if he loves breaking out his daggers and axe to go slay something. He's mostly afraid of being alone, probably he worst fear, that and spiders!(I will admit I'm an arachnophobic irl too haha). He's mostly only sad if he's alone, or someone hurts the ones he loves. Again, only really gets angry if you hurt the people he is close to, and if you throw spiders on him!

Does your primary character have a backstory? Were there any interesting events in their past that led them to become the people they are today?

The World 1 (Geography):

What is your favorite region of Eorzea? Why is that? Least Favorite? Why?
Coerthas I just LOVE LOVE LOVE snowy places!!! <3 My least favorite would probably be Outer La Noscea, only in the mines area of that place, I know it fits the lore of the Kolbolds, but I hate the smog and stuff there.

What is your favorite spot to relax in Eorzea? Why is that? Least Favorite? Why?
Either A.)My FC house, B.)Coerthas up near that peak that overlooks Ishgard, or C.) Costa Del Sol. They're just very relaxing to me. Meh, I really don't have many least favorite spots.

What is your favorite spot to fight in Eorzea? Why is that? Least Favorite? Why?
The Howling Eye and Akh Afah Amphitheatre because... Shiva and Garuda are my favorite fights in the whole game!!! DOS BOOTYS! <3. My least favorite place is Castrim Meridium lol.

What is your favorite spot to shop in Eorzea? Why is that? Least Favorite? Why?
Probably Limsa, feels like the place to shop!

The World 2 (NPCs):

Who is your favorite NPC? Why is that? Least Favorite? Why?
My favorite NPC(s) are actually Jacke and Oboro, they're just so cute! And their reactions with Marik during the storyline was just so point on! If we could romance NPCs it would be those two so much! Honorable mentions: Nanamo, Cid, Dogga & Unei, Yshtola, Yda & Papalymo! I don't think I really have a lea.... wait a minute! That butthead Teledji Adeledji, I really dislike him atm!!

Who is your favorite City-State Leader? Why is that? Least Favorite? Why?
Have to give it up to my leader of my home nation! Kenna-E San <3

Who is your favorite Scion? Why is that? Least Favorite? Why?
Minfilia! I feel her strength to lead the scions into the future and into the right direction is always inspiring! Her ability to love and trust is also so astounding! Not really least favorite, more like annoying at times is Alphinaud, he gets too cocky sometimes for his own good...

Who is your favorite Primal? Why is that? Least Favorite? Why?
SHIVA! because her story and herself is amazing!!!!!!!!! THERE IS NO LEAST FAVORITE PRIMALS! PRIMAL WORLD DOMINATION!

Who is your favorite boss? Why is that? Least Favorite? Why?
It would once again be Shiva!!!!! Least favorite, that guy in CapeWestwind, too short of a fight, very much not memorable, ugh spam for Nexus lights -.-

Music:

What is your favorite song in FFXIV? Why is that? Least Favorite? Why?
Well Shiva's opening theme for sure, definitely Pharos Siris whole theme, Garuda's theme, and Good King Moggle Mog XII's theme! Don't really have a least fave.

What is your favorite battle theme in FFXIV? Why is that? Least Favorite? Why?

What graphical settings do you play with? Why is that?
Highest you can on PS4. Because it's pretty

What sound settings do you play with? Why is that?
All teh sounds, music, noises! I love my atmosphere!

Do you play with a gamepad or with a Keyboard/Mouse? Why is that?
PS4 controller and Keyboard. Because I like controllers.

The Future:

What Class/Job would you most like to see in the game? Why?
For the love of the twelve can we please get Dancer, Red Mage, and Blue Mage up in here please!!!!!! Because they're some of my favorite jobs through out the FF series.

What region would you like to visit most in the world? Why?
Some of the places in Coerthas you got to go to in 1.0, I'd love to see what they look like now!

If another Final Fantasy-inspired dungeon or raid were to come out, what would it be inspired by? Why would you pick that?
Hmmm.... going to another world (Like Tera in IX) or maybe something like the Via Infinito from FFX-2! They were highlights for me for those games, and I'd love to see what they could do with them over here in Eorzea!
