Thread: You are still logged into the game......10 mins after i got dc'ed

seriously! what's going on when I can't log back into the game after I got dc'ed? surely theres a fix for this?

It should eventually time out on it's own. SE put some controls in place a while back to try to capture these exceptions--but, it's all software driven and prone to glitch just like any other program. Forget the suggested time frame they gave for it. If it's persisted for more than 20-30 minutes, open a ticket at the support portal. They will likely have to get into some specifics about your account that can't be managed here in a user-to-user forum. IDK if you'll be able to get chat assistance and such though, since it is the weekend. You may have to resort to email contact.

Even if it manages to resolve itself, I would still submit a formal ticket just the same. They need to be made aware that their work-around is not keeping up with the problem.
