Why do people still do Low-Level Roulettes? I don't, personally, but it's there and there's a reward anyway for people that want to do them. For this roulette, it would make sense to give a better reward; a) since the dungeons are nominally more difficult even at level sync cap, and b) because high-level dungeons are mixed with low-level.

I don't know why people hate Aurum Vale so much either, but it's just one of those places. Sastasha HM is most definitely hard on healers, from the first boss that drops people to double digits if a stun misses or gets used too much, the second boss that dumps a whole load of adds with perma-binding enemies that literally leap across the room at a target to keep everyone separated, the second mate that also dumps a crap-ton of adds just before the final boss, and the final boss itself that is sending out damage all over the place across the entire room and is just a mad dash around to keep everyone in range let alone healed up.
