Such handicaps could include ilvl caps, no cross class skills, healing enmity x2, tank enmity 1/2, No aoe skills, etc.
I can think of other handicaps:

    • No Echo
    • Perpetual DoT
    • No Summons
    • No Shields
    • Buff/cooldown limit
    • Perpetual Slow/Heavy combo
    • No Macros
    • Can only Use Macros
    • 1 player gets 0 on all lots
    • all players get 0 on Greed of all lots
    • More mobs
    • Trash replaced with Coil mobs
    • Only 2 players in a group
    • Only DPS group
    • And DPS and Healers' max HP are reduced to 1

As can probably figured from the name, his idea was for a roulette that included all the dungeons that people just hate doing. Pharos (pre-nerf), Cutter's Cry, Aurum Vale, now Sastasha HM, etc. would all be included.

The idea was to remove these dungeons from the regular roulettes so that there are less cases of people dropping instantly once they find out where they are, while also giving a separate roulette reward for those people that are willing to stick through them to the end.

    What do you think?
I would queue for it if the rewards met ends meet. And that the dungeons were pre-nerf, Ampdapor Keep with Bees on Demon Wall, level syncs, etc.
Throw in 20-25 Allied Seals and I'm sure it would get done.

People don't like Cutter's Cry? It was one of my favorites for low level roulette because you can skip nearly a third of it and the bosses are all simple.

    Don't we have this already?

I don't think that there is any reason to separate the queues, but I agree that the reward should match the difficulty. Why not just adjust dungeon rewards to encourage people to play them without removing them from the regular queue?
