    at the moment if I turn up the graphics in-game it gets so laggy that I cant move so I have been running with all my settings at standard.

    You can increase shadow detail, texture quality and texture filtering to highest. AO and DoF should be off. General drawing quality doesn't really increase your quality. Instead it just scales the rendering resolution(8=display mode resolution). Anything higher requires multiple GPUs or a very very fast one.

    Giving this a try what should I be setting the "Multisampling" at?

    Thees settings are working great thanks for every ones help

    I would set the multisampling to 2. Seems to be the fastest and safest mode for now. Multisampling can cause errors though depending on the AMD CC gaming settings(like bugged textures).
