It is not to much to ask that for people that value that something more than other players waiting on the DF, that these people do not queue and abuse the DF and take other players for granted.

You miss the part where it should be an almost transparent operation to anyone else in the queue

It's also almost guaranteed to reduce the amount of time others will have to wait as it will remove any time the rest of the group would be otherwise waiting for a load to finish or a cutscene to skip when a suitable replacement can be found.
