Crash pressing Backspace key.

So I've only started playing for almost a week and I have a strange problem with my game where when I hit the backspace key when typing in chat or text fields the game just stops responding and crashes. I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but it's kind of annoying given I can't delete stuff without highlighting and typing over it. Any help will be appreciated.

You probably have something injecting into the FFXIV process that uses backspace as a hotkey, check your background applications.

Thanks for the reply! I looked into it and it turns out it was the Raidcall I use to chat with friends. Its overlay button was Backspace and it was screwing with my game. So I just set the hotkeys on the Raidcall overlay to a string of Shift+Alt+[something]. Thanks again!
