Question about FC Housing

Someone just has to physically enter it as far as I know. So make sure your members are going in. The folks in your FC can apply to take over your FC after you have been absent for x amount of time, but my recommendation is just give someone you trust control via the permissions and keep in contact with them by other means.

Edit: After thinking about it, I believe what you were really asking was whether the house was somehow tied to your personal account. The FC house is not. It belongs to the company, and as long as someone is still in the FC and actively enters it within that period, you won't lose your investment.
