Question about FC Housing

So I have a small FC with a couple of friends we form together. Bought a small FC House in Limsa. Right now I'm planning to take a break from the game when 2.5 is hit and wait for the Expansion, which will be for a while.

My question is. How do I keep the FC House? I heard if you don't log in after a Month, Housing will be gone. Can I transfer FC Leader to another people in the FC if they are actively log on? Will this keep the House from being gone?

Someone just has to physically enter it as far as I know. So make sure your members are going in. The folks in your FC can apply to take over your FC after you have been absent for x amount of time, but my recommendation is just give someone you trust control via the permissions and keep in contact with them by other means.

Edit: After thinking about it, I believe what you were really asking was whether the house was somehow tied to your personal account. The FC house is not. It belongs to the company, and as long as someone is still in the FC and actively enters it within that period, you won't lose your investment.
