And no, as it stands now, SMN most certainly beats ACN in every possible stat and ability with their Egi's. Next to Monk, and now maybe Ninja, SMN will smoke all other jobs in DPS.

I've played my Arcanist on teams before and never been reported, though I only play it for fun.

Also your statement wasn't a question of what beats what in terms of DPS, it was more that you "missed" Carbuncle. And I compared pets Emerald Carbuncle has same abilities as Garuda and Topaz Carbuncle has the same abilities as Titan outside of enkindle, these pets do virtually the same thing...
