not really. first of all there are catapults and stuff like that. They originally wanted to introduce a pvp zone where you can conquer a keep if im not wrong.. a zone where FC's or GC's compete against eacher other . and i think this is what that artwork shows.

as you can see, that castle is being attacked from two sides.

thats definatley not that "teleporter keep" which you can find in frontlines.. especially that region is green.. which carteneau isnt at all. cartenau is a fictive region in mor dhona

maybe it was a concept art for FC PVP
