Ahh the cycle is complete from "Hunts give too good items for the skill required", then acceptance, now complaining that rewards aren't good enough, soon we will all accept this new norm.

People complain running dungeons is boring. People think staring at a website then killing the same hunt over and over while all you're doing is hitting a hunt with aero and spamming medica 2 is not boring?

There a less people hunting but there are still a few and that makes the fights more interesting.
I'm happy with the current status, where people will not specifically go on hunting but will shout for help if they see one.
And there is less early pull, rage and name calling.

Don't really miss this event. Wasn't amused by alt-tabbing while running around in circles for the mark or recklessly bashing medicas. Stayed for the bare minimum of catchup 110 items.

I used Expert dungeon daily for most of my soldiery back in 2.3 and it'll be the same for poetics now. Thought they'd have expanded hunts via new marks and I'm kind of glad they didn't, although I'll predict it again for 2.5.

2.4 hunt finally allows me to have less than 5 mins queue as a dps for expert dungeons. Good step.

Also, hunts are way funnier when you do them with 4-10 people instead of the mindless zerging of 2.3

I think at this point they should just put oil/sands up for purchase with soldiery.

Hunts were kinda crappy. Actually, how they are now is MORE fun... someone in the FC bumps into Marraco and is like "Heya, anyone wanna help with Marraco? 26,26 CCH" and then we get a small group and kill them, and go about out day. Kinda like some nice little break from grinding.

I noticed this last night but I put a party together and once word of mouth starting going around people came. It seems that most people don't want to get into a party for the long haul anymore and just kind of jump in and out as they please.

Sadly with the very long queue times for DPS the hunts are still needed as trying to do your novus weapon right now has become a lot more difficult since it takes so long to get into dungeons now. I would like to see an increase in soldiery for the hunts.
