Please, give us hunts back :(

I just passed for more then 1hour in same A and i call my LS's (that is 6 for hunts) and nothing, he was still there.

Checked website, a lot 99% open. People don't even care anymore.

Please, just 2x more soldier would fix this problem or even just 5 Poetic drop. Just that.

Was never thinking i would miss hunts but it's getting boring already farming over and over same 2 dungeon (qarn-snowcloak).

I assure you, when the sands/oils of FCoB get added to your GC's allied seals market, Hunts will pick back up again. Until then it's dungeons or bust (which I'm personally fine with as I miss speedrunning stuff and it's fun trying to optimize Qarncloak runs).

It's the lack of poetics on hunts really. Many people, including myself, preferred hunts by far over the dungeon farming to reach weekly cap. Unfortunately SE killed that off. So it's back to zerging through dungeons with guildies.

For me, poetics are not the issue. I want them to make hunts the way to cap solds!!!!!! Theres not a good way to cap solds as we had with myths.

Might as well share it here.

I was in Aleport trying to complete a rogue class quest when I noticed that somebody had shouted that Naan is around. I opened his flag and job changed to warrior and rode there. When I got there I saw a paladin, a dragoon and a white mage. I got myself invited to their party but it turns out that the white mage is not in the party because she did not want to leave her DF queue. I thought nothing of it and we started with just us four. I let the paladin took charge and focused on doing damage. It took longer than expected and I started losing focus while dodging the crab's AOE attacks. Suddenly...the paladin dropped dead. I quickly put up defiance and started using my tanking actions. I wondered why the paladin dropped from full HP to zero and noticed the crab's buffs. My eyes widened when I noticed it's 10 stacks of damage increase and it increases over time. Sure enough, tanking this crab hurts. I wasn't sure if the white mage is having trouble targeting my party's to heal us so I poured everything into defense. It got really dangerous for me and I even made good use of holmgang but alas, at about 1%, I was defeated. There was only the dragoon and white mage left and the crab had a dozen stacks at least but it was defeated before it could strike down the dragoon and white mage and we all got our marks. We both got raised, had a laugh, and parted ways.

Best hunting experience yet and it was just about half hour ago.

This is what hunts was designed to be like. Not gather 100's of people and all zerg it down in 5 sec and move to the next S rank. Also, no more blacklisting, shaming, and bullying other for acidentally pulling it early. So no, hunts is finally working the way it suppose to be.

I found a hunt, shouted in mor dhona, and got one tank and 2 blms to help me out.
It was really challenging and fun, and after that it got boring. So im glad now that hunts aren't the best way to get stuff.

Also I just killed Hellsclaw, was in DF queue and not in a group and still got full reward. Hunts are finally what they were supposed to be <3

As a Paladin, I think Hunts were the great equaliser between classes. With Poetics I can be lazy and still cap them on Tuesday, DPS with long queue times don't get the insta queue that I get, so for Tank/Healer we can acquire Sold/Poet at a far quicker rate than DPS classes can using DF. With Hunts, DPS don't have to wait 30-40m for a queue to pop, they are not limited to 50/40/hour (compared to Tank/Healer 150/120), that's why I think Hunts should be a valid alternative for DPS to gain tomes at a reasonable rate.
