Let Us Change Skin-Color at Aesthetician

Xenosaga Chronicles X had a ridiculously long series of quests that eventually rewarded you with total character customization, and I liked the variety behind it (honestly, if that world went MMO with all the aliens being playable and customizable, I'd peace out of here, but I digress)


I would like for skintone and eye-color to be added, as well, even if it's done througb an extra process or quests. I'm not sure how Jaindelaine would handle us stripping down for a spray tan or.... Lightening? What would you even call artificial skin lightening?

Weren't eye- and skin colour changes on Jandelaine in the works at some point? I somehow remember hearing/reading about it from an interview or Live Letter and have been waiting for a while now.

yes something was mentioned, by SE in one of the live letters not sure which one. but i guess they like the idea to continue to get more money out of it.
I just want a small shade of skin like the other mentioned, a different tan level, or at least give us more customization options.

This should be an option because it is hard to see how the skin will look in game. It is a big gripe of my friend. To get around this she just makes new characters to try preview it but it gets to be a pain

very true, the skin colors in char creation is not identical to the true color, also you can't try any of the outfits in the character creation, and it does actually matter, some outfits look terrible with certain skin colors, for intance any pure white with white skin is actually bad. this is just an example but i know it only by trying it with fantasia.

Shouldn't have to fantasia to change skin color or eye color for that matter. Why can we change hair color then? It's a simple color change. And personally, I would like for any fantasia to have a time allowance before it becomes permanent (say 8 to 24 hours). I should be able to use a fantasia, try some ideas, look and see how they feel in world and then if I don't like it be able to change it before that time allowance runs out.
