Oops pressed reply lol but i do hope they base the gear sets off of classes as i kinda found the royal healing body more appealing than a chunky over sized coat with furry stuff called scyllas robe of healing lol.

the more variant role the job has, the less it will be implemented.
a blue mage the only way to implement it is to create a new management system designed specifically for this job just like an arcanist got its own management system.the systme must simplify the blue mage into a job which wont lead the player into confusion when want to use it.

a red mage is a hybrid unless they redesigned the whole roles system to add a hybrid role

tank
dps
dps
healer
support= provide defensive and offensive enhancement can be a buffer or a debuffer(+heals +damage +less damage recived)
hybrid = provide minor active defensive and offensive commands in case of emergency can be a healer and a tank or a dps

and make light party consist of 6 members full party will be 12 2 tanks and healers as well 2 support and hybrid
