    Iv been doing the moogle quest since they came out yet iv never got this quest? i just got lvl 12 in his eyes and hes gone :P is the quest random? or what thank you

    look on Google for a site that lists prerequisite quests.. it's unlocked in one of the shrouds from a npc.. can't look right now, on phone. you have to Do 1 or 2 quests before you get thwack a mole
