Minagawa took to the forums to respond to a user saying that they often have issues tracking the mouse cursor icon, especially during periods of hectic activity.
After receiving your previous feedback, I checked in with our UI designer and the programmer in charge to see if we can address this. Currently this feature is being worked on to the point where can implement it.
It's highly possible that this implementation will be done in phases, starting with the size selection first, then adding effects or highlights to make the cursor stand out more. We will continue making improvements and adjustments for accessibility options.
However, since this feature is related to the core system, the programmer in charge currently has other tasks and for this reason we cannot provide the exact time frame on when this feature will be available. I apologize for the inconvenience until this feature is implemented, but I hope you can wait for the implementation.

Awesome, I can't tell you how many times the mouse cursor just disappears into the background. There's other games I've seen that suffer from this same problem in the past, so I'm kind of surprised they are looking into a solution.
This makes me happy! I get this ALL THE TIME >makes targeting a specific enemy(which has same name as other enemies on enmity list) / or alliance member out of maybe 20-30 on the screen very difficult if I cant even see where the cursor is.
SO glad they are looking into a solution.
.
Maybe we could also get the cursor to autohide after a few secs for us gamepad users? Hate how i have to double-click Options-button on my DS4 to get rid of the cursor if I accidentally brush against the touchpad and activate the cursor.
