Was a Rogue trait removed with the Maintenence?

^These are correct. The trait functioned correctly, in that it pumped up Sneak Attack's potency, but it was never meant to say "improves speed while hidden" because...it didn't do that.

Back when the Rogue traits were added to the game in 2.28, it was meant to increase movement speed under Hide. Devteam must have changed their mind during development, but the locteam didn't catch this change and simply translated whatever the Japanese tooltip said in 2.28 (Increased movement speed while hidden).
