Was a Rogue trait removed with the Maintenence?

A player in my FC said they removed a trait that enhances speed while hidden, and that it was there before maintenance started, I looked at the hotfix notes and saw nothing affecting rogues unless it was a hidden change. Was/is there a trait that was removed from them?

That trait had an incorrect tooltip (in English) to begin with. It never increased speed while hidden. It increases the potency of Sneak Attack (from 100 not hidden/300 while hidden to 300 not hidden/500 while hidden).

I heard that skill was a translation error. The quicker walking speed was really just an enhanced sneak attack. They must have fixed it in the maintenance.

^These are correct. The trait functioned correctly, in that it pumped up Sneak Attack's potency, but it was never meant to say "improves speed while hidden" because...it didn't do that.

Back when the Rogue traits were added to the game in 2.28, it was meant to increase movement speed under Hide. Devteam must have changed their mind during development, but the locteam didn't catch this change and simply translated whatever the Japanese tooltip said in 2.28 (Increased movement speed while hidden).

I know Suiton allows you to use these abilities but are you considered 'hidden' under its effect thus giving you the higher attack power?
