This is just false hope from my side. The game already has the whole magitek in the story, so since the relaunch I'm silently hoping for a event like the FFXIII one, but then focussed around FFVI. Who wouldn't love walking around like Tera, Locke or Setzer?

Well, can't fully complain, though. The AF set for ninja's is practically screaming: "I am shadow".

Gilgamesh is officially from FF5 (or 3, kind of forgot) and Ultros started in FF4, so tbh I can't really consider either to be from FF6 even though you can find them in it xD

Ultros (And Chupon, now called Typhon) originated in VI, which was published as III in America.

They have hinted at FFVI themes throughout the expansion. Have patience. It's one of Yoshi's favorite entries in the series, he's bound to add more references to that game as time goes on!

There WAS an octopus boss in IV, but it was not called Ultros (Unless they changed the name in future releases, after the original release in 1991).

Edit: I see that Ultros was a monster in IV: The After Years, but that was released WAY later on.

I think it's IV's turn for an event. V and VI are represented in the Manderville quests. III is represented in the CT raids. Let's give IV some love. Mostly so I can make my caster look like Rydia.
