fate's for relic books

I feel that if they really have to make fates rarely appear, there must be a kind of forecast npc who will give you some kind of clue as to what hour the monsters are likely to appear. Just let you know if there's no activity any time soon.

With the latest patch and them increasing the drop rate I was really hoping they'd consider doing something about the animus book fates. The atma can drop lickety split now, but when we get the relic atma you are still stuck waiting for endless hours for the book fates. The soldiery grind doesn't bother me. The dungs, enemies, and leves don't bother me either. Fates really wouldn't bother me, but there's only so much sb crafting I can do while I wait 4 or something hours for one of those super rare fates to pop. It's either find something else to do like cleaning or Netflix, or sit and aimlessly watch and wait for hours on end for a single fate to pop up. Relic animus is pretty subpar now anyways with the ease of getting the weathered soldiery weapons that outclass animus by 10 levels, so why does this part of the relic quest still have to be such a time sink, SE?

SE have said, they do not want players progressing too fast (too fast=before expan$$$ion!)
