Another Mail Armor user?

So do you think we will be seeing another Mail Armor using in 3.0 or 3.X era?

As of now there is only 1 Mail Armor user in FF14 being Dragoon.

It would be nice if new Mail Armor user Job would arrive in 3.0 or 3.X era consdiering we have 3 Leather armor users (Bards, Ninja, and Monk), 3 Plate Armor users (Warrior, Paladin, and soon Dark Knight), and 4 Cloth Armor users (White Mage, Scholar, Black Mage, and Summoner)

Or a Gunblade-wielding Soldier Job.

^except my vision would be a hybrid melee-ranged physical-dps which utilizes a Gunblade as its primary weapon & Magitek-tech auxiliary arms (devices/grenades/etc.).

Not many Jobs in FF series I can think about that can be used for a Mail Armor user Job considering Mail Armor will go to DPS Jobs.

SAM uses more plate armors than mail armors though.

templar would be great for it, maybe a lancer's 2nd job ?

It'd be kind of neat-o if they'd open up some of the higher ilevel mail to Tanks like the lower-level stuff

(The glamour, the glamour! Also dumb tanks getting destroyed by magic attacks)

They wouldn't make good tanks if they can't survive a High Magic Damage attack to the face

Jokes aside:

Nice as that sounds it just doesn't feel like it would work since it would be a lazy way to make Plate Users use Mail Armor and not bother to put into the game actual Mail armor users.

Though options for Mail Armor users are quite lower for FF14 considering majority of the DD and Healer Jobs in the FF series are bound to Leather or Cloth armor user.
