Steps:

After eating "haddock dip" (which raises perception and gp) I caught absolutely zero hq fish. Level 16 fish that my perception as a melded lvl 50 fisher should have been capped on. I don't think this is bad luck, as I've never seen such low catch rates. I caught 1 hq fish today, and that was before I ate the dip.

I have taken the liberty of bolding the one hq catch as the symbol did not copy/paste properly.
I have also removed chat dialogue from the log, as it is not relevant to this bug report.

Please look into this issue with the Haddock Dip as this food spoilage and contamination could waste the time of many players if the food item is indeed bugged or causing some hidden or unwanted effect. I would hate for any player to quit the game because of food poisoning. It would be a real shame.
