    How to HQ Artisan's Off Hand tools

    I have my materials. I am ready to make my tools. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm looking for skill chain or guide that can tell me what craftsmanship, control and cp is needed to ensure I get the HQ. Thanks

    Its a 3 star craft there is no 100% HQ rotation.

    This is the best 3 star rotation that I know of http://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/commen..._contains_rng/ This came out before 2.4 so its possible that someone has made a better one now.

    I used the rapid / hasty method used for the master 2 books it works for pretty much everything 3star and 4 star.
