    Trying to play catchup: Can't find quests for Hullbreaker Isle and Stone Vigil (HQ)

    I've been trying to catch up on things, but the NPC for Hullbreaker Isle is only telling me where to go to unlock Sasashtra (HQ), while the NPC for Stone Vigil (HQ) doesn't even show up where she's supposed to. Anyone know what's going on? The former, I think I might just hae to do Sash(HQ) first, but I can't figure out why the Stone Vigil (HQ) NPC won't even show up.

    Is it possible you unlocked them and just forgot? They both unlock in the tavern in Mor Dhona and Sastasha's NPC is the same as Hullbreaker's. If you have both of them to unlock the NPC would have a dialog option for it.

    That or it's bugged but no one I know has had any issues.
