Even if I am at head of a casual FC my belief on raiding is, that is another level of the game, where the causal player wants to be a better player.

Don't misunderstood "better" with more cool or l33t. Better means a player who wants learn and succeed on manage the mechanics a game poses in front of him. Raiding it is no more a button spamming, it require some thinking, and do right things at right timings, requires knowledge of the game, of the encounter, of the mobs they are in and, of course, of its own played class.

Things as the Echo can help you only on dps checks, and lessen your need of knowledge of your class.

But the mechanics someone have to learn to handle, are the defining of a "raid". A casual that does not want deal with them, does not want to raid. A casual that is not able to deal with them, is not able to raid. Raiding is not for everyone.

Even with my above statements, to me it is fine T5 being easied more, this only because who really wants raid and learn to be a better player, have the option to run the "savage" version with its intended difficulty.

Raiding players are now on FCoB, and will not care Coil1 more than lv.15 Sastasha.
