^you're missing the fact Surecast doesn't have a 100% uptime man... no need to act so egotistical when such a giant detail is flying over your head unnoticed.

^^also it's been suggested here a number of times that an increase in CD would be acceptable.

Not sure why it needs to have 100% up time, it already auto refreshes a set % of the time and the times it is necessary does not warrant 100% up time ... I think everyone who wants surecast is missing the point that if you get this, then blm potency will take a global hit due to balance.

In order for this to seriously impact BLM PvE dps, you'd need to really micromanage the skill. Especially since boss AoEs come far more often than once every 30 seconds (30 seconds is an eternity during a boss fight).
If it ends up being a big problem, just raise the CD to once a minute or something.
