WOW did this with warlocks, you have no idea how insanely Overpowered it is, it was one of the elements that allowed warlocks to be THE top DPS class, like as a whole the entire of MOP, its now removed as a perma ability and just used as an on demand CD, this is PVE, and nothing should be this powerful, and this is coming from a warlock main in WOW. Balance is important, dont break it, it is actually fun, you just need to know how to handle things better.
