After skipping cutscene in Dze: Unhandled exception at 0x007f6ed0 in ffxivgame.exe...

On crash after skipping ogre or batraal pre-fight cutscene, I get this error message:

Unhandled exception at 0x007f6ed0 in ffxivgame.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00000004.

Got it from each of those cutscenes once.

Which character did the issue occur with?

World where the issue occurred.

Class and skill rank of your character when the issue occurred.

Physical level of your character when the issue occurred.

Area and Coordinates:
Area and map coordinates where the issue occurred.

Party or Solo:
If you were solo when the issue occurred, please write "Solo". If you were in a party, please write "Party". With alliance, please write "Alliance."
*If you wrote "Party" or "Alliance", please also include the number of members.

Monster Name:
Name of monster that your character was battling against when the issue occurred.
*If you were not battling against any monster, then please write "None".

In-Game Time:
Please list the in-game time that the issue occurred.

Steps:
Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.
*Please try to include the following details.
•What you were doing when the issue occurred. (Example: Battle, mission, quest, crafting, synthesis, etc.)
•Please do your best to write using official terms for item names and action names. Please avoid any abbreviations or improper terms.

Type of Internet Connection: CATV, ~5 Mbps
Date & Time: The second occurrence was right before the original post.
Frequency: (2. Sometimes) Has happened to me twice, both times with the exact same error with exactly the same hexadecimal numbers.
Character Name: Rannen Odin
Race: Lalafell M
World: Mysidia
Class/Skill Rank: 50 ARC
Physical Level: 50
Area and Coordinates: Dzemael Darkhold, at Ogre boss, and at Batraal cutscene start location.
Party or Solo: Full party
Steps: Now that I think about it, I don't remember for sure if I skipped the cutscene and then crashed, or if the crash occurred right as the cutscene was supposed to start. If it happens again, I'll repost here, with as specific of details as I can get.
