    My Frend Registered but NO Friendship Circlet delivered

    Please take a look at my account, which has my friend registered, who paid for 30 days, had the ENTER FRIEND CODE popup appear, put in my code, we verified on both our sides it said a friend code has been registered to the account. Then we receive no in game delivery of the Friendship Circlet. Please deliver the item as advertised.

    There's a small round button in the upper right corner of the Moogle Mail inbox window to "Request Special Item Delivery" or something like that. Have you tried hitting that button? Not sure if it's related... Otherwise you need to use the template provided in this forum's pinned post when submitting bug reports

    That did not work. Thanks for the suggestion but I think that's for people who don't want to log out where that would send a delivery.

    I have been run around with this issue, noone is helping me from SE support. I started out submitting a ticket via lodestone/general account problems. Then they told me to submit a ticket for a GM in game. Then the GM in game told me to post a bug fix here. All generic useless messages. I submitted my bug in the template again here. What does it take to get a REAL response much less fix the issue?
