    Archer TP raise?

    Time: Since 2.4 update

    Area and coordinates: Class related
    Steps:
    I logged in since the update and while enjoying everything and the new dungeons, I noticed something very odd. My TP gauge has been dropping faster prior to the patch. When looking at sites about my skills, I came to discover that the values for several damage or time skills raised by 10 TP.
    Straight Shot 60 now 70
    Venomous Bite 70 now 80
    Windbite 70 now 80

    This was not mentioned a change in the Archer skills in the patch notes so is this a permanent change or a coding error?

    You may want to clarify. You say class/level is Bard/50 but you're asking about Archer skills? 70/80/80 is how it's always been since I picked up Bard, but I don't play Archer so it could be different without the soul crystal.

    I took off my crystal and the costs stayed the same, possibly due to it originally being an Archer skill. So, because it was a skill you get as an Archer first, I thought to label it as such.

    Perhaps I may have looked at older material but while I was searching around for what the costs were and on other guides that bothered to include the TP cost for the skills. The whole reason why I did a search because in the Satasha hard mode, I found it surprising that during the course of the fight; I was really about to run out of TP even after using Invigorate. I really was scratching at the bottom and had to use Army's Paeon.

    I didn't change my macros, the approach, or wasn't smashing Straight shot over and over again. It was just strange that during the first boss fight and onward that I was about to run out of TP. Not even using my AOE skills for that feeble attempt for hat 15% change to pop up. Even the Dragoon I was with, who has more stable TP recovery, was running low as well. So I wanted to check and see if or when did this change happen? Maybe I just over looked something in that encounter where a skill attacked my TP directly?

    Well this isnt a bug. This has been like that for ages. Very very long ago, TP Costs actually were reduced and they increased it a while ago already. Sorry to disappoint you, its definitely not a bug.

    All the DoT skills for all Jobs and Classes are generally 80 TP if it's a stand alone skill (not part of a combo) Straight Shot been 70 TP for as long as I can remember.
