Need suggestions for L house design

I bought an L house a while ago, but due to a lack of gil after (and spending on other things), it's been progressing slowly. My goal with the house is to make it into a themed attraction of sorts. The first of which is to make it Persona themed (particularly 3 and 4). Any suggestions on what I could/should do? Help with what housing items to use would also be welcome.

So far, I have the P3 Velvet Room (basement) and P4 classroom (second floor) more or less set up. I plan on using the remaining space of the basement for the P4 Velvet Room as well.

I was contemplating making the P4 kitchen/living room, reception area of the P3 dorm, and the Junes foodcourt area outside soon. Not sure what else to make that would be possible with current furniture available. If anyone is interested in checking out what it currently looks like, I'm on Leviathan : The Goblet ward 7 #5. Keep in mind that it's still very much a work in progress.

Uploaded some pics. Unfortunately, I'm at work and on my Surface Pro, so quality isn't going to look very good.

First off, Jealous! Can you post some screen shots of what you have so far? My only immediate comment is that you'll want to be careful with the fiddly bits (tabletop stuff) as they didn't give large houses enough item spaces imo.

For the basement/velvet room, I'd invest in some belah'dian lamps in lieu of the floor sconces. See the lamp above the sofa in the pic below

Also, a bar. This is an old shot from my FC's house.

    .

It uses a manor desk. The stools in the picture were replaced by riviera stools which match it perfectly imo. We also added the bottles of wine to it since this shot was taken.

also, the diagnostics module table (I think is what it's called) would look swank in that room.

For the classroom, I'd take out some of the desks. You're going to bounce against the item limit fast.

Surprisingly, with all that stuff in there, my limits are only at 105/200 (this is including a few misc stuff that I don't need, but just there for convenience like 4 NPCs). Depending what else I do, I'm sure I'll hit that limit, but I kinda wanna see how far I get until then, as I don't think I'll be doing another classroom (like P3 version) or anything.

But in regards to the other stuff, I really wanted to make it resemble the actual velvet room as possible, which is actually fairly plain.

Hm, well, the largest wall clock, I think, is the standard wall chronometer. There are prettier ones though. That table looks like the tonberry table. I'm not sure if you can dye that one though. I'd need to check, but I think there is a sylphic table with the table cloth as well. Need to double check though.
