Jet Black recruiting Bard and White Mage.

You could probably find a good player who isn't at T13, and with a little bit of patience - have him at your level. Just an idea if a T13 monk isn't available. Whether it would be me (shameless plug) or someone else - my hope is that your group doesn't implode because you're sitting at 7/8 for too long.

We are still recruiting for a monk with experience to at least last phase of t13, prefer if you have it on farm. Our monk's times are too erratic right now to settle with everyone else's availability. I will update the first post to reflect this.

Southern, the reason we aren't looking for a monk with less experience right now is that we already have had to start a couple people over/rep several people who weren't cutting it skill-wise (or attitude-wise or attendance-wise or were just downright quitters), so we've had a lot of setbacks throughout the entire 2.4 raid content and really just want to continue farming now. If that sounds elitist, then I sincerely apologize, I just need to look out for my group's best interest here, and at this moment, these criteria are what that means for us.
